Enjoy a delicious three-course dinner with drinks throughout the breathtaking show. We are proud to support local businesses and Australian Farmers by using Australian grown produce.

Entree

Start the night with a rustic woodfire-roasted vegetable and goat's feta tart served with wild rocket and home-made pineapple chutney.

Main

Tuck into tender Australian beef or seasoned chicken, both cooked to perfection, served with full-bodied plum jus and a hearty side of roast pumpkin, green beans, and potato.

Dessert

The drought has broken, celebrate with a golden baked apple pie, drizzled in warm salted caramel sauce and crowned with a dollop of fresh Heartland cream.
